Virtual international workshop on ISO and The Role of Students in Making lives Easier, Safer and Better
To raise the awareness and knowledge of any people who is interested in standards and standardization, especially the next generation and students from all over the world, a virtual workshop on “ISO and The Role of Students in Making lives Easier, Safer and Better” is organized.
This training program aims to raise the awareness and knowledge of any people who is interested in standards and standardization especially the next generation and students from all over the world. It is expected after accomplishing the training program, students will be guided enough to develop student standards similar to the International Standard development as they are future standards developers and users. So, they should understand the concept of standards and standardization, they have to practice now and be prepared as real standards experts. We have to remember that students will also have a significant role to play in furthering sustainable development and in making lives safer, easier and better through standards. We need to organize different similar workshops to enable students to understand what goes into a standard and more broadly on how it is possible to create a better world using international standards.
