Courtesy meeting of SMIIC Secretary General with INSO Bureau of International Affairs and Halal
On July 16, 2023, INSO Bureau of International Affairs and Halal hosted a cordial meeting with SMIIC Secretary General Mr. İhsan Övüt.
During the meeting, the personnel of the INSO Bureau of International Affairs and Halal shared their comments and suggestions for improving mutual collaborations with SMIIC and removing any obstacles.
Mr. Övüt appreciated the active participation of the INSO experts at SMIIC technical committees and emphasized the importance of expanding and developing new Halal standards, keeping good supervision on their implementation, and promoting them as an international framework for cooperation.
